Your order
Submitting an order sends a request to our kitchen. Our staff call your supplied mobile number to confirm identity, dishes, availability, delivery address or pickup, timing, and payment arrangements. An order is accepted only after staff confirmation. No payment is collected through this website.
Menu prices and displayed delivery fees are calculated again when you submit. Any changes after submission must be agreed with you on the confirmation call. Tell our staff about allergies and dietary needs before confirming. Kitchen availability and delivery serviceability are checked on the call.
Changes and cancellations
Call us as soon as you need to change or cancel a request. Our team will explain whether preparation has begun and confirm any applicable payment or refund arrangement before accepting your order. Do not transfer payment without confirming the recipient and amount with BhojBox.
Information we use
We store order details, your name, mobile number, address where needed, notes and order progress to fulfil your request. Anonymous cart contents and quantities are saved to our backend as you build your box and are visible to authorised staff. Anonymous carts contain no name, phone or address until you submit an order. You can remove items to clear your active box.
Your browser stores a private cart/receipt token on this device so you can resume your box and check your latest order. Staff access uses an essential session cookie. We use no advertising trackers in this website.
Feedback and dish requests are stored for the kitchen team. Names and phone numbers on these forms are optional. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text fields. Contact BhojBox to request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to records we need to retain for fulfilment or applicable requirements.
Feedback and images
Your feedback reaches our staff dashboard; it is not published as a public review. Food images are serving suggestions and some launch images may be illustrative. Ask our team about the current portion or preparation if needed.
